Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pnts blueberr washed
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a heavy sauce pan place all of the ingredients into the pot and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are cooked through. Serve warm over peach ice cream with a dollop of truwhip. Bon Appetit.

    Great Blueberry Sauce. Yum
