Stuffed Peppers

        Ingredients    
                - 5 peppers
 - 2 lbs. ground turkey
 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
 - 1/2 cup chopped carrots
 - 1/2 cup chopped celery
 - 1/2 jar Rao's Marinara Sauce
 - 3-4 cloves garlic grated
 - 1 cup couscous
 - 1-2 tbsp. kosher salt
 - 1-2 tsp. pepper
 - 1 tbsp thyme
 - 1 tbsp. rosemary
 - 1 bop. parsley
 - 1 cup wine
 - shredded mozzarela cheese

        Instructions    
                - Cut the tops of the peppers and remove their and seeds. See aside. In a large pot sauce and brown the ground turkey. When browned add the onion, carrot and celery. I added the tops of the peppers that I diced.Add the marinara sauce, wine, Add the couscous, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Add salt and pepper. Check for seasoning. Let the mixture cool down. Then stuff your peppers. Put in a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and add a little water to the bottom of your baking dish. Bake at 375 covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with a green vegetable. Bon Appetit.
