Mom's Easy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken thighs cut into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 1-2 cups marininated artichoke hearts
  • 1 can cherry tomatoes
  • kosher sakt and pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Set on medium for 3-4 hours or cook on the stove top for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or pasta. Bon Appetit.
