Ingredients

chicken thighs
cut into 1-2 inch cubes

marininated artichoke hearts

cherry tomatoes
kosher sakt and pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Set on medium for 3-4 hours or cook on the stove top for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or pasta. Bon Appetit.
