Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cans chick peas drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4-1/2 cup ice water
- olive oil drizzle
- sumac optional
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chick peas. Put the chick peas and garlic in a food processor. Pulse a few times. Add the lemon, tahini and salt. Pulse. Stream the water while the food processor is on until you get a fluffy consistency. Plate up the hummus and drizzle with olive oil and top with sumac. Enjoy with a glass of Sangria. Bon Appetit.
