Pasta ala Tonno


  • 1 jar Fairway Italian tuna in olive oil drained and flaked
  • 1 14 oz. Pomi chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. capers drained
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Fairway balsamic vinager
  • 3 Dorsot basil cubes
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • fresh thyme
  • 8 oz. spaghetti


  • Prepare pasta according to directions. In a skillet add about 2 tbsp. olive oil. Cook the garlic and capers for about the minute. Add the Pomi Tomatoes, Fairway tuna, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, pepper, and cook until thick. Add the balsamic vinegar. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet. Enjoy with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
