Prepare pasta according to directions. In a skillet add about 2 tbsp. olive oil. Cook the garlic and capers for about the minute. Add the Pomi Tomatoes, Fairway tuna, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, pepper, and cook until thick. Add the balsamic vinegar. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet.
