Ginger Beer Bread
Servings 4 1loaf
Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter plus more for greasing
- 1 bottle Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a loafpan. Combine the ingredients. Batter should be sticky. Bake for 55 minutes. Brush the top with one more round of butter. Bake for another five minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve with jam and cheese. Bon Appetit.
