Mix all of the ingredients together. Make into a dough. Using a 3" cookie cutter or a glass cut into circles. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Put 1/2 tsp. of jam in the middle of the cookie. Lift two sides of the cookie and pinch together. Bend the other side and squeeze the tips to form a triangle. Wet the tips of your fingers with water to seal the hamantaschen. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Bon Appetite.
