Mussels in Wine Sauce Part II
Last night I made mussels in wine sauce for the second time. I followed the recipe exactly like I did the first time. They tasted the same and my daughter enjoyed them again. Tonight I have roasted chicken or pasta Bolognese. I will prepare whatever my daughter wants. I am scheduled to leave for Florida tomorrow. They are predicting very icy conditions for tomorrow. I do not know if I will be able to get out tomorrow. I will cook tonight so my daughter will have food while I am away. I went into Shoprite which was a mad house. Everyone is so panicked about the icy conditions, that people are stacking up on supplies. Besides the icy temperature, a high wind alert has been issued as well. This could mean down power lines. It would not be a good time to be without heat. At least I can still cook and shower with hot water. I am going to make this a short post as I have chores to do. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.

Glad the clams worked out again! I have a challenge for YOU Miss Bonappetitmom! I love ham and was wondering if you could share some delicious and nutritious recipes when working with boneless ham steaks! I just tried one yesterday and while it was really good, I want to give it some more Bonappetitmom-esque goodieness! Please let me know!

I most certainly will. I was thinking frittata. I can make pea soup. I will conjure up a recipe for sure. By the way they were mussels.

I’m not sure why but this web site is loading very slow for me.
