The Holiday’s
My daughter came in late Thursday and I have cooked one meal. It was a very busy week. I made one turkey skillet dish over the weekend. The last two days were spent at my sister’s for the Christmas holiday. Because of her busy schedule, mostly everything was ordered in. The rest of us brought side dishes, appetizers and desserts. I brought pecan pie from BJs, crackers and pepperoni from Shoprite, a wonderful cheese from Costco, and Caesar salad. Yes I made the Caesar salad dressing from scratch. I think I want to patten the recipe, bottle the dressing and sell it. It is one of my finest recipes in my whole collections of recipes. I forget how good the dressing is until a period of time goes by, and I make the dressing and everyone who eats it tells me how good it is. I also love my dressing too. The original recipe was given to me by friends. Thru the years I have tweaked it and made it my own. I really love that dressing. The rest of the family brought different sides and desserts.
The holiday season is almost over and the food was wonderful. T+L made flavorful food that was enjoyed by all. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
