Leftovers were finished on a cold winter night
It is another cold winter night in NY. It snowed then stopped then rained and stopped and sleeted and then stopped. Now everything is ice. I am very happy that I do not have to go out again except to take care of Mr.Max. I came home and I combined all my leftovers and added spinach and just microwaved it all together. My fridge is nice and empty ready to be refilled with groceries as I prepare for my daughters arrival. I love being a mom. I might have mentioned it before but it bears repeating. I really feel like making cookies but, I do not want them in the house. I think I would eat them all up by myself. It is 23° F and it feels like it. I might make hot cocoa. It might be just the thing to take the chill out. I am thinking of making a Golden Globe Party. It always gets my adrenaline pumping to think about making new appetizers. I will work on that when I go to Florida. I need to clear my head and try to get a new perspective on how to channel good publicity into the website. I am going to make something warm to drink.
