Leftovers Again
I really love leftovers. I am so glad I like my own cooking. The flavor of the turkey bolognese truffle dish just gets better. The cous cous is also good. I made spinach tonight with the leftovers. It was very satisfying. I love the winter, I do not like snow which is predicted for tomorrow. I have enough food if it comes. I have steak and lamb chops in the freezer. i will save the lamb for when my daughter comes home this week. I need to do a food shopping this week. I think I will wait for my daughter to come home before I go shopping. I have the basic essentials for the house. I have bread, milk, eggs and juice to make breakfast for her first morning home. I will try to think of some new healthy recipes to try when she comes in. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
