Sandy One Year Later I made turkey in a skillet

Last night I volunteered at Mangano headquarters.  did not get home until after 9pm. I needed to cook my ground turkey before it expired. I knew cooking meastballs or meatloaf would take to long. I decided to make it in a skillet. I took an onion chopped it and started to sweat it. I then browned the turkey. I threw in salt, pepper cumin, garlic powder, and frozen basil, ginger and garlic. I then added frozen chopped spinach. I let it cook down and added mediera wine, half and half, and truffle oil. It came out so delicious. I had it with a roll. I was to lazy to cook pasta. It is true when you have food in the house you can be a rock star. I wish my daughter or someone was home to taste it. I will post the recipe today. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
