Turkey Meatballs on a cold October night

Last night I made turkey meatballs. I made them with ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, spices, frozen spinach, and a little madeira  wine. The meatballs came out moist but I think they needed more salt. I added parmesan cheese which I thought would  make them a little more salty, but it really did not make them salty at all. I should have also thawed and drained the spinach. I added Italian seasoned breadcrumbs as a binding agent. I wound up with 15 meatballs. I really should have made 16 meatballs to even them out. I figured 4 meatballs per serving.  I baked them in a 350°F degree oven for 45 minutes.  The meatballs did look yummy. I did not sauce the meatballs. I think that tonight I might put some sauce on them and see how they taste. I also might make turkey something tonight because it is still pretty cold. I think it will warm up tomorrow. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
