Bonappetitmom's Ricotta & Raspberry Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 pkg filo cups
- 1 cup homemade ricotta Recipe can be found on the website
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare homemade ricotta according to directions. In a bowl place one cup of the ricotta, maple syrup and salt. Mix well. Prepare tart shells according to directions. Place a tsp. of ricotta in each tart shell. Top with raspberry. Enjoy with a glass of white wine. Bon Appetit.
