Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 package almond bark vanilla
  • 2 drops red dye
  • 1 lb. strawberries cleaned with stem on

Instructions

  • Prep your strawberries by washing them, and fully dry them. In a microwave safe bowl, add your chocolate chips. Microwave them starting at 20 seconds intervals, until you can mix them and it is silky smooth. Time may vary based on your microwave. Dip your strawberry in the chocolate and place on a plate lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator until set. Do the same procedure with the white chocolate chips and add 2 drops of food coloring until you get the color you like and then apply the same procedure of dipping your strawberries. Enjoy with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
