Beef Stir Fry (OK I Cheated)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. flank steak sliced against the grain
  • 1 pkg stir fry veggies already prepped
  • 1 can baby corn drained
  • 1 can straw mushrooms drained
  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. oil

Instructions

  • In a large skillet (or wok) saute the beef in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Once done remove the beef. Drain the fat. In the same skillet add a little olive oil. Saute for a few minutes. add the hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and tamari. Add the beef back to the pot. Serve over basmati rice. Bon Appetit.
