Repeating Recipes for my Daughter
Since I did a lot of cooking during the snow storms over the last two months, my daughter was at school and not able to sample the foods I prepared. I decided to prepare some of the wonderful dishes I created while she was up in school. On Friday night I made the Baked Pasta with Shrimp and Broccoli. She loved it. Yesterday I remade Cauliflower Pizza for my daughter. The first time I made it, I found it to salty. I changed up the cheese and I liked it a lot better. My daughter liked the cauliflower pizza but said it needed a bit more salt. I also served up my chili, which she really enjoyed. My daughter is into smoothies. She created her own smoothie. I am glad she is using all of the produce that I purchased for her. I tried her smoothie. It was very tasty and refreshing. I really enjoyed it. Since it was Pi Day yesterday, I used the mini pies that I purchased from Trader Joe’s. They were delicious. I am crediting them here on my website as well as on my Instagram page.Today my daughter will be having dinner with my sister. I think for tonight I want chicken and salad.
