Drinking Water

It really is important to drink water. It fills me up when I am hungry. I find that instead of reaching for the bad foods that I want and I grab a bottle of water that it helps with the scale in the morning. There are times when I reach for both. However, when I do grab both food and water, I find that I eat less food than I would have if I did not drink the water. It also helps with  gastro issues. It helps regulate your bodily functions. What is wonderful about water is the purity. Nothing is added to water. There is no flavor enhancer, sugar or salt to worry about. I live in a community in NY that has one of the best water rankings in the state. I know it is wrong, but I buy bottled water. My tap water tastes delicious, but I have grown used to grabbing a bottle of water. It is habit. I used to drink Diet Coke by the bottle. It was my trademark. When I began dieting I gave up the Diet Coke and the weight started coming off. It was at first a hard adjustment to make. I would get headaches from the lack of caffeine. But that feeling passed and I love drinking water. It is refreshing and it is thirst quenching. I try to drink at least 32 ounces a day. Try it and see if it works for you in your quest to lose weight and feel healthy. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
