Ramp Pesto with Zucchini Spaghetti

The ramp pesto was perfect over the zucchini spaghetti.  The pesto might need a bit more evoo as it was very thick, but I did like it very much. I served it along roast chicken and fingerling potatoes. I also made oven roasted kale. It was a pot luck diner at the house last night. I also made a batch of chicken livers for Mr. Max who had a great day yesterday. Tonight I might make ribs. My daughter is going to Splish Splash, and will be very tired tonight. It will be a light dinner of ribs and salad. I will make my special dry rub and cook them in my rib cooking method.  The recipe for my BBQ ribs is posted on the bonappetitmm recipes page. This plan is flexible. I bought the wrong chocolate pudding. Instead of buying the low calorie, one I bought the wrong thing. It was very good, but had way to many calories for my liking.     The pesto with the ramps sounds amazing. You must show me how to make the zucchini spaghetti. It looks delicious. Keep cooking and blogging. You should also update your website with pictures of your foods that you prepare.
