Salt or Thyroid
Last night for dinner, I went to my sisters and I knew it had to be quick. I did not want any foods loaded with salt and for some reason my scale has been increasing in numbers. I decided to go to Zorns. I got the family combo and had a $5.00 coupon. I had 2 ribs and a chicken leg. I had some sides. I did not think that I ate that much nor do I feel any different than I did yesterday. I think my scale might need a new battery, or it could be broken or my thyroid could be out of remission. My daughter went shopping for me. She bought me 3 scales ro choose from. My sster said which ever scale that I weigh the least on is the one I will keep. She is absolutely correct.
