Cooking Liver
Mr. Max has been on a new diet. It was suggested that I cook him liver to give him extra protein and energy. My vet said he prefers salmon. Well I cooked the salmon and it gave Mr. Max a bellyache. Cooking liver on my stove top has caused havoc on my pans and my mirrored back splash. I took a disposable sheet tray and I made it in the oven. It was great. No mess on my mirrors and the pan washed clean easily. Tonight is chicken liver night. I hope the same magic returns. Mr. Max has stopped the predisone and we restartd the rymadyl. It took a few days but he seems to be doing better, especially with going to the bathroom. It is too bad that I cannot make him chopped liver, because I have the onions, and the hard boiled eggs.
