A No Cook Vacation
I am in Florida with my dad and sister. It has been a very hectic few days. I have visited with friends and family and nobody cooks down in South Florida. People shop for food. There are grocery stores but it is just so easy to go out and eat. If we don’t go out we bring it in. I have eaten really bad pizza, but I did find a new restaurant. It is called Bahama Breeze. It is southern foods in an Americana style. I had fish tacos. It was grilled fish in a soft taco. It had lettuce and was served with chipolte mayo. It was good. On the side was fresh fruit and a scoop of mango sorbet. I never had fruit served like that before. It was very good. I had key lime pie for dessert. I know it’s fattening but it was really good.This is why I never make New Years resolutions involving food. Now it is off to dinner and a movie. At least for now it is. Now all I am thinking is with or without butter on the popcorn. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
