Chicken Sausage Pinwheel with Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken sausage pinwheel
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary minced
  • chicken stock
  • kosher salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a skillet heat olive oil to high. Sear the chicken sausage pinwheel on both sides. Add half of the grapes. Add the rosemary, pinch of salt and pepper. De glaze the pan with triple sec and chicken stock. Let reduce down. Add the rest of the grapes and more chicken stock if needed. Serve over orrichette and a side of spinach. Enjoy . Bon Appetit.
