Mom's Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes cut into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 1-2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2-2 sticks butter
  • olive oil drizzle

Instructions

  • Prepare your potatoes in an oven safe wide dish. Coat with a drizzle of olive oil. In a small bowl combine your spices. Pour over the potatoes and stir. Put pats of butter over the potatoes. Bake in a 425°F preheated oven uncovered for 35-45 minutes. Enjoy with brisket. Bon Appetit.
