Mom's Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes cut into 1-2 inch cubes
- 1-2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1 1/2-2 sticks butter
- olive oil drizzle
Instructions
- Prepare your potatoes in an oven safe wide dish. Coat with a drizzle of olive oil. In a small bowl combine your spices. Pour over the potatoes and stir. Put pats of butter over the potatoes. Bake in a 425°F preheated oven uncovered for 35-45 minutes. Enjoy with brisket. Bon Appetit.
