Bonappetitmom's Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2-3 large banana mashed
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped fine
  • 1/2 cp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. buttermilk optional
  • Crumble Gesine Prado @bakedinvermont

Instructions

  • In a bowl mash the banana. Set aside. In a stand mixer add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix till combined. In a large bowl or measuring cup add the butter, vanilla, sour cream and buttermilk. Add to the mixer and combine. Add the banana and combine. Add the pecans and stir till combined. Bake in a 4x4 greased loaf pan. Bake in a 350°F preheated for at about 1hour and 15minutes. Check your oven at an hour. Enjoy with a cup of coffee. Bon Appetit
