Apple Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced apples
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup flour Gold Medal
  • 1 cup sugar Domino's
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 stick butter melted

Instructions

  • Line 8x8 pan with apples and blueberries. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the butter. Pour the batter over the apples and the blueberries. Pour the melted batter over the batter. Bake 45 minutes in a 350°F preheated oven, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream. Bon Appetit.
