Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 links sweet sausage @mainstreetmeats.com
  • 4 links spicy sausage @mainstreetmeat.com
  • 2 green peppers sliced into strips
  • 2 red peppers sliced into strips
  • 2 yellow peppers sliced into strips
  • 2 orange peppers sliced into strips
  • 4 yellow onions sliced into half moons
  • 2 red onions sliced into half moons
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • koshert salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil @fairwaymarket.com

Instructions

  • Prep all your peppers and onion. Prep your garlic. Let the sausages come to room temperature. In a large sheet pan or baking dish add the sausages, peppers, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Place on grill and keep turning the sausages as not to burn or put them in a 375°F oven for an hour. To make sure the sausage is done, cut into a sweet link and make sure there is no pink. Enjoy with a glass of white wine. Bon Appetit.
