Bonappetitmom's Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. mustard Carnegie Deli
  • 1-2 tbsp. dill
  • kosher salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Put 4 eggs in a pot with cold water. bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the stove and cool for 20 minutes or cool to the touch. In a food processor add the eggs, mayonnaise, dill, Carnegie Deli mustard, salt and pepper. Serve on matzoh with a garnish of dill. Bon Appetit.
