Bonappetitmom's Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. mustard Carnegie Deli
- 1-2 tbsp. dill
- kosher salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Put 4 eggs in a pot with cold water. bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the stove and cool for 20 minutes or cool to the touch. In a food processor add the eggs, mayonnaise, dill, Carnegie Deli mustard, salt and pepper. Serve on matzoh with a garnish of dill. Bon Appetit.
