Bacon Wrapped Mini Pepper Poppers
Ingredients
- 1 1-2 lb mini peppers halfed and seeded
- 6 oz cream cheese room tem
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- 3 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 6-8 dashes hot sauce
- lemon zest
- 1-2 tbsp. everything salt
- 1 lb. bacon Applewood smoked
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the above ingredients except the peppers and bacon. Set aside. Cut the tops off the peppers. Slice in half horizontally and remove any seeds and ribs. Cut your bacon in half. Take a tsp. of the cheese mixture and dollop into the pepper. Wrap the pepper in the bacon. Place on a sheet tray lined with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. Serve with a glass of white wine. Bon Appetit.
