Toasted Panko Salmom

Ingredients
- 2 8 0z. salmon filet
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. mustard Carnegie Deli
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. parm cheese
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- kosher salt
Instructions
- In a non stick pan heat about 2 tbsp. olive oil. Add the panko bread crumbs. Toast for a minute or two. Set aside to cool. and then add the parm cheese. In a small bowl add the Carnegie Deli mustard, honey and a pinch of salt. On a sheet tray lined with foil, rub a little oil on the foil and rub a little on the salmon as well. Apply the mustard and honey mustard on the salmon. Then apply the toasted panko and parm cheese. Bake in a preheated 375°F for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Serve with white rice, cherry tomatoes and spinach. Bon Appetit.
