Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic roasted
  • 1 head cauliflower cleaned and cored
  • 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. parsley minced
  • 1-2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the roasted garlic, olive oil, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375°F.Clean off the leaves of the cauliflower and take out the core. Slather the roasted garlic mix all over the cauliflower. Bake in the oven for one hour. Enjoy as an appetizer or with a glass of wine. Bon Appetit.
