Nona Lim specializes in Bone Broth and soups. It is a delicious convenient way to have a healthy and delicious snack or meal. Nona Lim products come frozen. You need to defrost it in the fridge or on the counter before you can make it. Once defrosted, it takes a minute and a half to a delicious broth. I have tried the broth just as is, and it was delicious and filling. I then took the shitake beef flavor and made Gourmet Ramen, adorned with radishes, scallions, black and white sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil. This made for such a flavorful soup.
What I really liked about Nona Lim is the sturdy plastic cups and coverings that encase it. It is such a fabulous safety feature, as not to burn yourself. I really enjoyed the convenient packaging, so could take it on the go with the only equipment needed is a microwave. If you are looking for a healthy and nutritious broth, give Nona Lim a try.
