Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast shredded
- 1/2-1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 - 1 cup mozzarela cheese shredded
- 1-2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 cup hot sauce taste to see if you need more
- pinch kosher salt
- chopped parsley garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all of your ingredients except half of the mozzarella cheese and parsley. In an 8x8 baking pan sprayed with cooking spay, place the dip. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with celery sticks and chips. Bon Appetit.
