Prosciutto Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 8 0z. salmon filet
- 4 slices Citterio Prosciutto
- 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp. apricot jam
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a bowl mix the mustrd, honey bbq sauce, apricot jam and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. On a plate coat the salmon with a drop of olive oil on both sides. Dab on a bit of the glaze. Wrap the fish with the Prosciutto and then place the rest of the glaze on the fish. Place on a sheet pan lined with tin foil and a drop of olive oil. Bake the fish for 15 to 20 minutes according to your oven Enjoy with snap pies and roasted autumnal veggies. Bon appetit.
