Baked Korean Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs skinless
- 4 1/2 tbsp. Korean soy bean paste
- 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. Korean garlic chile paste
- 2 tbsp. mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 tsp. ginger grated
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Add the chicken to the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Allow chicken to come to room temperature. At this point you can grill the chicken or bake it in a preheated 375°F for 35 minutes. Bon Appetit.
