Baked Korean Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs skinless
  • 4 1/2 tbsp. Korean soy bean paste
  • 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Korean garlic chile paste
  • 2 tbsp. mirin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tsp. ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Add the chicken to the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Allow chicken to come to room temperature. At this point you can grill the chicken or bake it in a preheated 375°F for 35 minutes. Bon Appetit.
