Classic Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely cut celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 stick butter unsalted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 8 cups dry bread cubes
- 4-6 cups chicken stock or water
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot saute celery, and onion in butter till tender. Stir in seasonings.Place dry bread in the pot. Mix and start adding your liquid till desired consistency. Bake in a preheated 350° F for 30 minutes. At this stage you can cool it and then use to stuff the turkey. The temperature of the turkey and stuffing should be the same.
