Butternut Squash Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash roasted
- 1 can white beans drained
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tahini
Instructions
- Put the roasted and cubed butternut squash into a food processor. Add the other ingredients and stream the olive oil while processing until you get the consistency you desired. Serve with pumpkin chips. Bon Appetit.
