Pork Chops with Grapes

Ingredients
- 2 center cut pork chops
- grapes
- redwine
- kosher salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the pork chops. In an oven ready skillet heat a little olive oil.In the hot skillet sear the pork chops about 3-5 minutes per side. Add the grapes and cook for a minute. add the red wine to deglaze the pan. Put ino a preheated 375° F oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy with a beet salad. Bon Appetit.
