Turkey Bolognese with Marinelli's Sauce
Servings 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garliv minced
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 jar Marinelli's Tomato and Basil Sauce
- Parmesan cheese optional
- pinch kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- In a sauce pan saute carrots, celery, and onion for about 5 minutes. Add sal and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for a minute or two. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Add Marinelli's Fine Tomato and Fresh Basil Sauce. Cook for about 15 minutes. Serve over pasta. (I used a thick pasta.) Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bon Appetit.
