Spaghetti and Baked Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground veal
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Tomato Sauce

  • 1 onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. parsley minced

Instructions

Baked Meatballs

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. With a small ice cream scoop make the meatballs. Makes approximately 25 meatballs. Place the meatballs on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven 350°F for 22 minutes. Place the meatballs in the sauce and enjoy over spaghetti. Bon Appetit.

Tomato Sauce

  • Saute the onion until translucent. add the garlic and saute until softened. Add the sauces and bring to a boil. Add the spices to taste and cook for another 45 minutes. Add the meatballs and cook till meatballs are heated. Enjoy over spaghetti. Bon Appetit.
