Spaghetti and Baked Meatballs
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup water
Tomato Sauce
- 1 onion minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. parsley minced
Instructions
Baked Meatballs
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. With a small ice cream scoop make the meatballs. Makes approximately 25 meatballs. Place the meatballs on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven 350°F for 22 minutes. Place the meatballs in the sauce and enjoy over spaghetti. Bon Appetit.
Tomato Sauce
- Saute the onion until translucent. add the garlic and saute until softened. Add the sauces and bring to a boil. Add the spices to taste and cook for another 45 minutes. Add the meatballs and cook till meatballs are heated. Enjoy over spaghetti. Bon Appetit.
