Jane's Crockpot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 box elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 3-4 cup milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 12-16 oz. Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch peppper
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, put in all the ingredients. Cook on low for about 2 hours (depending on your slow cooker). Stir 1 - 2 times during cooking. Add the butter at the end and stir. Enjoy with a fresh tossed salad. Bon Appetit.
