Jane's Crockpot Mac and Cheese
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 box elbow macaroni uncooked
- 3-4 cup milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 12-16 oz. Velveeta Cheese cubed
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- pinch kosher salt
- pinch peppper
- 2 tbsp. butter
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, put in all the ingredients. Cook on low for about 2 hours (depending on your slow cooker). Stir 1 - 2 times during cooking. Add the butter at the end and stir. Enjoy with a fresh tossed salad. Bon Appetit.
