Jane's Basil Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cup fresh basil
- 2 can chick peas drained
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 tsp. kosher salt
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, add all the ingredients except the olive oil. Pulse the ingredients and stream in the olive oil, until you get to the consistency you desire. Check for seasoning. Enjoy with multi grain chips. Bon Appetit.
