Salmon with Black Pepper Bacon Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. Salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp. black pepper bacon jams
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the baconjams black pepper spread with the brown sugar,evoo and maple syrup. Mix till combined. On a sheet pan lined with tinfoil, place the salmon and rub each piece with a little olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread the baconjam mixture over the fish. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy with cous cous with veggies and roasted asparagus. Bon Appetit.
