Pulled Chicken with Carmelized Onions and More
With a week of snow and storms, I have been cooking. I have also been watching cooking shows. As I watched my shows, I saw at least 7 recipes for carmelized onions. Whether as a topping for burgers, in a soup, a dip, I decided to make them. I put them on top of the pulled chicken on a challah roll. It was delicious. I put the rest in my refrigerated the rest. It was yummy. Both recipes are posted on bonappetitmom recipes page and pictures are on my Instagram page. I also made turkey chocolate chili. It was so yummy. Since I had other food items to eat, I decided to freeze the chili and when my daughter comes in on break, I can spend time with her and have dinner ready, when we want to eat. Today it is going to rain all day and tomorrow is bring another snow storm, so I am going to go through my pantry and make something wonderful from my contents.
