Yes, it snowed again. Another 6 inches, that started around 1:00pm and did not let up until after 11:00pm. So what is one to do. Cook and Bake. I should have cleaned a closet, but that would not have cut it. I needed to use up my ricotta cheese and shrimp, so I made Cheesy Broccoli Shrimp Bake. I also made cookies, which I named 6 Inches more of snow monster cookies. As far as the Cheesy Broccoli Shrimp Bake, I just made it cheesier but I used a low fat cheese. I have been wanting to bake cookies all season. Yesterday with the snow teaming down, I decided to make cookies. I am not a baker. My kitchen is so small, that the thought of flour blowing all over my kitchen, puts the idea of baking to bed. But, I decided to cheat. I started with a mix and then I decided to add some yummy fill-ins. I started with peanut butter candies, craisins, choclate chips, chopped pecans, and to add insult to injury, I added Tader Joe’s cookie butter. They came out insanely good. Today I am making pulled chicken. I will let you know how that turns out tomorrow. Recipes for my Cheesy Brocoli Shrimp Bake and my 6 More Inches of Snow Monster Cookies can be found on my bonappetitmom recipes page. The photos can be seen on my Instagram page. With two more snow storms coming this week, I plan on making gravy (Italian tomato sauce) from scratch. We will  see how this comes out. I plan on using ingredients from my pantry. I need to use these food items before the cans expire. Stay safe my fans and Bon Appetit.
