Banana Bread on Another Snowy Day
Yesterday it snowed again. I decided to use my bananas and make banana bread. I had a great recipe I made years ago, but I decided to research more recipes. I found a few and what I did was created my own recipe. I made one plain with pecans, the other was pecans and blueberries. I put one banana bread in the freezer. I am not sure what is the future for banana bread number two. The recipes for both babana breads are posted on my bonappetitmom recipes page. Normally I would go somewhere or invite people over for the show. Between the weather and Mr. Max, I am going to hide under the radar and just enjoy the show with my Mr. Max. I have enough food to feed an army. I have enough appetizers and snacks from Trader Joe’s that I do not need to shop. I took out a chicken from my downstairs freezer. My meals for a week. I just need to do the sides. I also want to start using the food in my pantry. I cannot fit another thing in it. I wanted to make cookies yesterday, but the thought of gaining anymore weight snuffed that idea right out of my head. I am not sure of what I will make today.
